Clear Channel Sells Five In Ohio

JIM LORENZEN and TOM KLEIN's BAS BROADCASTING CO. adds to its holdings in SANDUSKY, OH and enters the TIFFIN-FINDLAY, OH market with the purchase of five stations from CLEAR CHANNEL. BAS is buying Classic Rock WMJK (100.9 THE COAST), Hot AC WCPZ (MIX 102.7), and Sports WLEC-A/SANDUSKY and AC WPFX (MY 107.7) and AC WTTF-A/TIFFIN in the deal, which was brokered by KALIL AND CO. for the seller and PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS' GREG GUY for the buyer. 

No price was disclosed for the transaction.
