Minor league baseball's VISALIA OAKS return to WESTCOAST BROADCASTING Classic Country KJUG-A/VISALIA for the next three seasons under a new deal that brings the CALIFORNIA LEAGUE team back to the station that served as flagship for the broadcasts in 2003-2006.
The OAKS, who aired on NEW VISALIA BROADCASTING Sports KSLK last season, will air all 140 regular season games plus playoffs on KJUG. The station and its sister Country KJUG-A and Hot AC KCRZ (Z 104.9) will air other OAKS-related programming, including a "Player of the Week" show, the "OAKS Call of the Game" and other features. JOSH ROGOL and DAN BESBRIS will return for their second season behind the mic for the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS high class A affiliate.
"We're thrilled to return OAKS Baseball to KJUG," said OAKS President TOM SEIDLER. "The improved signal is good news for OAKS fans throughout the Central Valley, and it's terrific for us to partner with another local business."
