Johnson Retires From Tri States Public Radio

WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY noncommercial News-Classical WIUM/MACOMB, IL and WIUW/WARSAW, IL (TRI STATES PUBLIC RADIO) anchor/reporter DON JOHNSON has retired from the station after almost 20 years, the last 13 as morning news anchor, according to the PEORIA JOURNAL STAR.
JOHNSON, who never missed a day on the job with TRI STATES, says that he plans to spend more time with wife RUTH, who also retired NOVEMBER 30th.
