RAZOR & TIE ENTERTAINMENT has promoted EDITH BELLINGHAUSEN to SVP/Digital Business and TIM FOISSET to Sr. Dir./Digital Marketing. Most recently VP/New Media, BELLINGHAUSEN has been with the company since 1996 FOISSET has been with R&T since 2005 and was just Dr./Digital Marketing.
