A former producer for ROSE CITY RADIO Talk KXL-A/PORTLAND is suing the station for wrongful termination, according to the OREGONIAN. CHERRY WILLIAMS, who worked on the LARS LARSON show and was fired on DECEMBER 21st, is suing the station for $1.75 million, claiming that she was fired because the station wanted to deprive her and her disabled husband of company-sponsored health insurance.
WILLIAMS, who had been with the station for 15 years, filed suit in MULTNOMAH COUNTY Circuit Court on WEDNESDAY.
