Talk Station Caller Guilty Of Harassment

A caller to ENTERCOM Talk WILK-A/WILKES-BARRE has been found guilty of three counts of harassing station hosts and the former General Manager and fined $1,050, reports the WILKES-BARRE TIMES LEADER.
Caller DAVID FOGLIETTA of OLD FORGE, PA was convicted after a two hour hearing before District Judge DIANA MALASI. FOGLIETTA allegedly left profane, disturbing, long voice mails for hosts KEVIN LYNN, MARK "BOSCO" MICHAELS, and SUE HENRY and GM JOHN BURKAVAGE in NOVEMBER, including messages to MICHAELS demanding that the host show up at a restaurant to apologize to him or FOGLIETTA would come after MICHAELS.
