DEBUT BROADCASTING CO. says that it has inked a deal to buy Country WBBV (RIVER 101)/VICKSBURG, MS from HOLLADAY BROADCASTING, and a separate LMA to operate Adult Hits KLSM (SAM FM)/VICKSBURG with a 30 month option to buy that station. The deal, with price undisclosed, puts DEBUT at over 50% of local ad revenue in the market, according to the company's press release. DEBUT assumes control of the operations on MARCH 16.

"These agreements give Debut a significant position in the VICKSBURG radio market and will allow us to implement our integrated advertising platform and business model to grow the value of the stations," said DEBUT CEO STEVEN LUDWIG. 

Iowa Combo Sold

In a deal filed with the FCC, FRIENDSHIP COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian daytimer KWOF-A (THE PRODIGAL)/WATERLOO, IA and Christian Rock KWOF-F (89.1 THE SPIRIT)/HIAWATHA, IA to EXTREME GRACE MEDIA, INC. for $160,000 cash plus an LMA before closing.
