Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner in the "Jump On the Shark Just As It Jumps The Highest Award:" CBS RADIO Talk KLSX (FREE FM)/LOS ANGELES has "extended a generous offer" to resigned-in-hooker-disgraced New York Gov. ELIOT SPITZER so he could host his own radio show. The station will willing to carve two hours right after afternoon host TOM LEYKIS' shift.
"Mr. SPITZER could use the show to tell his story, discuss future plans and redemption, and to mend public perceptions," VP/GM ROBERT MOORE. said. "Giving a voice to a fallen public figure like ELLIOT SPITZER would be a natural use of the power of FREE FM."
In an effort to show its even-handedness, KLSX has also offered the now-renown escort "KRISTEN," aka ASHLEY ALEXANDRA DUPREE, to perform at a future live station concert. "'What We Want' would make a great live performance at one of our station events," VP/Programming JACK SILVER said.
