Nancy And Newman Raise Over $10K For Trace's Charity

Hats off to CLEAR CHANNEL Country WRBT (BOB RADIO)/HARRISBURG morning stars NANCY and NEWMAN, who put their playlist aside this morning. They decided to open up the phone lines in honor of CAPITOL/NASHVILLE's TRACE ADKINS.
NANCY and NEWMAN, like a lot of other people, basically thought TRACE got screwed in the finale of CELEBRITY APPRENTICE last night (03/27), so they came up with a great idea to support him. Listeners were making requests all morning and into the afternoon hours for $50 a song. All the money raised went to TRACE's chosen charity -- FOOD ALLERGY & ANAPHYLAXIS NETWORK (FAAN).
When N&N finally walked out of the studio at 2p (ET), they raised $10,550 for this great cause. Nice job, kids.
