Taylor Swift Thanks CMT; Named Young Hollywood's "Superstar Of Tomorrow"

The TENNESSEAN reports that BIG MACHINE/NASHVILLE artist TAYLOR SWIFT stopped by the CMT offices in NASHVILLE yesterday (4/23) to shake hands with over 200 staffers and personally thank them for her success at the 2008 CMT MUSIC AWARDS.
TAYLOR has donated the purple dress she wore to the show to www.cmtauctions.com. All proceeds from the auction will benefit CMT's pro-social initiative, CMT ONE COUNTRY.
In other TAYLOR news, she will be honored as the "Superstar Of Tomorrow" at the 10th Annual YOUNG HOLLYWOOD AWARDS this SUNDAY (4/27) in LOS ANGELES. TAYLOR is the first musician in the history of the awards to receive this honor. Recent winners include KATHERINE HEIGL, JESSICA ALBA, SHIA LaBEOUF and EMMY ROSSUM. The award will be presented to her by GARY DOURDAN, best known for his role as WARRICK BROWN on TAYLOR's favorite show, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION.
The young starlet, who will grace the cover of the JUNE issue of SEVENTEEN magazine, will trek back across the country to the BIG APPLE next week, where she will stop by ABC-TV's GOOD MORNING AMERICA on TUESDAY (4/29) and LIVE WITH REGIS AND KELLY on WEDNESDAY (4/30).
