The U.K.'s CHANNEL 4 inks former BBC RADIO 1 Head of Music ALEX DONELLY as Head of Music for its digital radio stations. DONELLY has been serving as SVP of A&R at EMI MUSIC PUBLISHING since leaving the BBC in 2005. He will oversee the music on all of CHANNEL 4's digital stations and will report to Director of Radio BOB SHENNAN.
DONELLY follows BBC RADIO FIVE LIVE Managing Editor MICHAEL HILL, who was named GM of the CHANNEL 4 radio operations earlier this week, in joining the CHANNEL 4 team.
