FCC To Give 3 Weeks' Notice Of Open Meeting Agenda Items
April 25, 2008 at 5:40 AM (PT)
The FCC will now give the public three weeks' notice of topics scheduled for inclusion on open meeting agendas. The move, announced by Chairman KEVIN MARTIN late THURSDAY, is a departure from the agency's prior practice of giving one week's notice of agenda issues.
The Commission's first release under the new policy included no radio-related issues for the MAY 14th open meeting.
