XM CEO's Salary: $4.85 Million

The Pres./CEO of XM SATELLITE RADIO received compensation valued at $4.85 million in 2007, reports WDJB-TV. That's according to an analysis of a regulatory filing made yesterday.
NATHANIEL DAVIS took over as Pres./CEO in JULY after serving as CFO. He received a salary of $560,416, plus $747,500 in in nonequity incentive-based compensation in 2007. He also received stock awards valued at $3.54 million, according to the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. His predecessor, HUGH PANERO, received compensation valued at $3.71 million in 2006. In 2007, when PANERO left the company as it prepared for a proposed acquisition by SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO, he received compensation valued at $7.27 million.
