A long-running ORLANDO pirate FM has drawn the attention of a local TV station for public complaints of profane content.
ABC affiliate WFTV (TV)/ORLANDO reports that CLIENTELL RADIO is drawing complaints about profanity, with one parent saying "I don't want my children to hear stuff like that on the radio," while others interviewed said that they like the music on the station. CLIENTELL RADIO operates on 93.5 FM (formerly at 91.7 FM) and has its own MYSPACE page.
WFTV notes that the FCC could fine the station but needs to contact law enforcement to shut the operation down.
