"SURVIVOR" contestant JONNY FAIRPLAY needs to produce more details in his lawsuit against CBS Talk KLSX/LOS ANGELES host DANNY BONADUCE if he wants to get punitive damages from the producers of the awards show on which BONADUCE dumped FAIRPLAY to the ground, a LOS ANGELES Superior Court judge ruled MONDAY.
FAIRPLAY (real name JON DALTON) sued BONADUCE, FOX REALITY CHANNEL, and NATURAL 9 ENTERTAINMENT on OCTOBER 9th over the incident, but is being given 20 days by Judge MICHAEL C. SOLNER to add the details of exactly who FAIRPLAY is alleging encouraged BONADUCE to go on stage to confront FAIRPLAY. The suit alleges battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence by BONADUCE against FAIRPLAY, who a attorney for the producers says jumped on BONADUCE as he was leaving the stage.
A trial date has been scheduled for DECEMBER 16th in the matter.
