Katz Names Ed Whitman VP/Dir. Sales For Tri-State Group

KATZ MEDIA GROUP has appointed ED WHITMAN as VP/Dir. Sales of KATZ TRI-STATE RADIO GROUP, which serves 60 radio stations in the suburbs of NEW YORK CITY. WHITMAN, a 15-year veteran, previously worked at CUMULUS MEDIA, where for the past six years he was National Sales Manager in six NORTHEAST markets. Also joining KATZ TRI-STATE RADIO GROUP is BRUCE FENIGER, former President of NETSOLUTIONS at INTEREP, who will serve as a Sr. Account Mgr. for the division.
