The license of Spanish daytimer WYGR-A (LA FURIA)/WYOMING, MI is being assigned from WYGR BROADCASTING to WYGR, LLC in a transaction that has partner RICHARD K. PASTOOR sells his 24% interest in the station to partners ROLAND RUSTICUS (who goes from 52% to 65% ownership) and SCOTT R. PASTOOR (24 to 35%) for $50,000.
In other deals filed with the FCC, ARNOLD BROADCASTING CO. reacquires Oldies KSTC-A and Country KNNG/STERLING, CO; the construction permit for KECK/ECKLEY, CO; Hot AC KNEC (THE HAWK)/YUMA, CO; and K276CX/SIDNEY, NE out of receivership for $2,077,673. ARNOLD principal WILLIAM ARNOLD had been serving as receiver for the stations; ARNOLD BROADCASTING sold KSTC, KNNG, and KNEC to TRACK 1 MEDIA in 2004.
ROBERTS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling silent WXKO-A/FORT VALLEY, GA to WVKX-FM RADIO, LLC for $11,600.
And WILLIAM P. ROGERS is selling FM translator W247AN/TUSCALOOSA to TTI, INC. for $765.
