SIGA BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Spanish Religion daytimer KFJZ-A/FORT WORTH to CHARLES KIM's PACIFICSTAR MEDIA CORPORATION for $2.8 million. PACIFIC STAR owns brokered Spanish Religion WPBS-A/CONYERS-ATLANTA.
In other deals filed with the FCC, US STATIONS, LLC is selling Southern Gospel daytimer KWXI-A (SPIRIT 670)/GLENWOOD, AR to DANIEL BROADCASTING, LLC for $135,000.
CALOOSA TELEVISION CORPORATION (HOLSTON VALLEY BROADCASTING CORP./GLENWOOD COMMUNICATIONS CORP.) is converting its LMA of Rock WRZK (95.9 THE HOG)/COLONIAL HEIGHTS-KINGSPORT, TN from MURRAY COMMUNICATIONS to an outright purchase for $3.65 million ($2.65 million in a promissory note). HOLSTON VALLEY has been operating the station under a time brokerage agreement since 1996 and had a right of first refusal to match offers for the station, which it did in this case, matching an offer from LSRADIO.
