JCM RADIO OF NY, INC. is selling the construction permit for noncommercial WRMR/LINDENHURST, LONG ISLAND, NY to CALVARY CHAPEL OF HOPE for $57.500. 

The parties had been battling over applications for noncommercial stations on LONG ISLAND's SOUTH SHORE, with the seller filing a motion to dismiss against the buyer's application for a new FM at COPAIGUE; as part of the deal, the seller is asking that its motion be dismissed with prejudice.
