With not quite two months under his belt as PD for CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WVKS/TOLEDO, NATHAN REED today revealed what many consider the key piece of the programming puzzle, which is destined to propel the hot young programmer and his station to heights previously unreached:  MUSIC CALL TIMES.
