Red Zebra-CC Deal Price: $24.5 Million

The price for RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING's purchase of Sports WTEM-A, Talk WWRC-A, and WTNT-A/WASHINGTON from CLEAR CHANNEL is $24,500,000, according to the contract filed with the FCC for the deal. The transaction was announced last week but the price was not initially disclosed. The deal includes an LMA to begin JULY 1.
In other deals filed with the FCC, WOODSTONE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Hot AC KTLS-F (106.5 BOSS FM)/HOLDENVILLE, OK and Country KKFC (105.5 THE OUTLAW)/COALGATE, OK to THE CHICKASAW NATION for $1.5 million cash.
ALASKA-JUNEAU COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling AC KINY-A and Hot AC KSUP (THE MIX 106)/JUNEAU, AK along with six FM translators to JUNEAU ALASKA COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $1,425,000 cash.
GOOD MUSIC, INC. is selling Talk KJAA-A/GLOBE, AZ to JOHN LOW's 1TV.COM, INC. for $300,000 ($50,000 down, the rest in a loan by the seller).
LUANNE PETERSON's THE I-C-N COMPANY is transferring the license for low power noncommercial WPCA-LP/AMERY, WI to BOB ZANK's DREAM CENTER, INC. for no consideration. The transferor is divesting the station because it holds a construction permit for a full-power noncommercial FM at SPRING VALLEY, WI and is applying for another at TURTLE LAKE, WI.
And HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translator K287AG/MOSCOW, ID to RADIO PALOUSE, INC. for $15,000.
