NY Post: EMI, Flom Talking Exit

EMI GROUP is negotiating the exit of JASON FLOM, who oversees its recorded-music operations in NORTH AMERICA as Chairman of CAPITOL MUSIC GROUP, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL reported on its website, citing sources, and confirmed TODAY (6/11) by THE NEW YORK POST.
The talks come on the heels of yesterday's announcement that CAPITOL MUSIC GROUP President LEE TRINK will soon step down (NET NEWS 6/10).
However, do the talks with FLOM also include incentives for the highly-respected music exec to remain with the CAPITOL MUSIC GROUP with his own imprint? If not, FLOM's talents won't go untapped for very long.
