Lifeline Sells WJEP-A To Georgia Triangle

LIFELINE MINISTRIES has sold WJEP-A/OCHLOCKNEE-THOMASVILLE, GA to GEORGIA TRIANGLE BROADCASTING, which is headed up by WOODY NELSON and AL GORDON. NELSON plans on flipping formats from Inspirational to Progressive Talk targeting the 18-34, especially college students, The stations signal reaches campuses in TALLAHASSEE, FL, ALBANY, GA, and VALDOSTA, GA.
The new owners plan on adding a 24-hour FM simulcast, as well and streaming from day 1. A 24-hour lineup will be announced before NELSON's syndicated morning show, "The Brewed Awakening," debuts on JULY 1st.
