Veteran CBS News KDKA-A/PITTSBURGH radio newsman ROB MILFORD was arrested MONDAY morning and charged with attempting to bring a loaded handgun into a courthouse, reports the PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE.
MILFORD was at the ALLEGHENY COUNTY COURTHOUSE to cover the EAST END rapist trial when he was stopped; a .38 caliber snub-nosed revolver was found in his briefcase, and MILFORD reportedly told officers he didn't know he'd put the gun in the briefcase. The charges include entering a court facility with a firearm and carrying without a license.
