A change in the ARBITRON definition of the OKLAHOMA CITY metro has prompted CITADEL to reacquire Top 40-Rhythmic KKWD (WILD 104.9)/BETHANY-OKLAHOMA CITY from the LAST BASTION STATION TRUST for no consideration. The market redefinition increases the number of stations a single licensee can own in the market to 8, leading to the reacquisition of KKWD, which no longer needs to be spun off to satisfy FCC ownership limits.
