The Trailers Are Troopers

BNA band the LOST TRAILERS found their path to a recent show in the Midwest washed out from the recent flooding, and the boys got help from a VIETNAM Veteran to get there. The guys have been on the road for 7-years and have seen it all, so they were not about to let this roadblock stop them. They were en-route from a stop in MADISON, WISCONSIN to Ft. RILEY, KANSAS when they hit the floods and realized that the ‘detour,’ would not get them there on time to start the show.
LOST TRAILERS guitarist STOKES NELSON called a hotel in DUBUQUE, IA and found employee/VIETNAM Veteran CHUCK HUNTLEY who took control, driving the back-roads to get to the show on time, where they played for veterans of the conflict in AFGHANISTAN and IRAQ.
Said STOKES of the good deed from the veteran: “Mr. HUNTLEY took us off the highway and onto back roads that weren’t on any map we had. Without his help we wouldn’t have made it to the show but our hearts go out to all those people affected by the flood. It’s complete devastation.”
