Dial Global Names Beau Phillips EVP/Programming, Ups Damin To VP/Sports Sales

Programmer and marketer BEAU PHILLIPS has joined DIAL GLOBAL as EVP/Programming. His responsibilities will reach across DIAL GLOBAL’s 24-Hour formats, programs and services.
"With DIAL GLOBAL’s acquisition of JONES RADIO NETWORKS last week, our depth of programming is greatly expanded," commented DIAL GLOBAL Pres. KIRK STIRLAND. "BEAU will focus on making our programs and services best-of-breed, and set them up so both our affiliates and our sponsors can benefit."
"Just executing a format at radio won’t be good enough. By joining DIAL GLOBAL, I hope to be part of the solution for radio stations," said PHILLIPS, of his new role. "My mission will be to deliver more entertainment value, more engaging content and more inspired personalities."
DIAL GLOBAL has also promoted MARTY DAMIN to VP/Sports Sales effective immediately. DAMIN, who has been with DIAL GLOBAL’s newly acquired JONES/MEDIA AMERICA for 15 years, will head up sports sales for DIAL GLOBAL.
