MILLER COMMUNICATIONS, INC. sells Classic Rock WWBD (BAD DOG 95.7)/BAMBERG, SC to APEX BROADCASTING, INC. for $750,000 in cash and a promissory note. The station has a construction permit to move into the CHARLESTON, SC market with new community of license ISLE OF PALMS, SC and new frequency of 95.9 FM, and the sale to APEX is part of a complicated three-way swap that will move the Alternative format and calls of WAVF (95 WAVE) to WWBD's new facility.
