KSKS AE Fills Out Ratings Diary ... Twice
June 30, 2008 at 2:02 PM (PT)
PEAK BROADCASTING Country KSKS/FRESNO recently posted some great ARBITRON numbers for MARCH, but it turns out that the numbers weren't entirely accurate. According to THE FRESNO BEE, KSKS Account Executive DARRELL DAHLBERG filled out two ratings diaries, causing the numbers to be skewed. Initially, KSKS posted a 4.5 share with listeners 12+, but after the numbers were recalculated that dropped to a 4.0 share, taking KSKS from a tie for fourth place to 10th place.
DAHLBERG also filled out diaries for APRIL, but the numbers had not yet been calculated when ARBITRON became aware of the issue and they were able to pull the two diaries in question. DAHLBERG nor PEAK VP/GM PATTI HIXSON would comment on the matter, but we know DAHLBERG is still employed by the company. To read the rest of the article click here.
