RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE, LLC is selling the construction permit for WTRW/TWO RIVERS, WI to MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS for $1.725 million. RADIOACTIVE briefly signed the station on the air in late MARCH/early APRIL for tests. CAVALRY MEDIA SERVICES' JAY MEYERS advised RADIOACTIVE in the deal.
In other deals filed with the FCC, ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS RADIO SERVICE, INC. is donating the construction permits for noncommercial WBOO/MORGANFIELD, KY and WYJZ/FEARSVILLE, KY to JENNIFER COX HENSLEY's INDIANA COMMUNITY RADIO CORPORATION for no consideration; INTREPID BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Country WDDH (THE HOUND)/ST. MARYS, PA to LAUREL MEDIA, INC. for $1,232,118; and KEVIN M. FITZGERALD is swapping FM translator W300BT/NESCOPECK PASS, PA to FOUR RIVERS COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION for W280DY/WYOMING, PA.
