BAS Closes On Ohio Purchase From Clear Channel

JIM LORENZEN and TOM KLEIN's BAS BROADCASTING CO. closes on the purchase of five OHIO stations from CLEAR CHANNEL. The stations include Classic Rock WMJK (100.9 THE COAST), Hot AC WCPZ (MIX 102.7), and Adult Standards WLEC-A/SANDUSKY and AC WPFX (MY 107.7) and AC WTTF-A/TIFFIN.  

The deal was brokered by KALIL AND CO. for the seller and PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS' GREG GUY for the buyer.
