The bankruptcy trustee for STAGE DOOR DEVELOPMENT CORP. is selling Talk WRJM-F/DOTHAN, AL to CLAY E. HOLLADAY's GULF SOUTH COMMUNICATIONS for $1.1 million. GULF SOUTH owns three other stations in the DOTHAN market -- Country WDJR, Rock WESP (ROCK 102.5), and Classic Country WDBT.
In other deals filed with the FCC, SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH is transferring LPFM KPAR-LP/DICKINSON, ND to HIGHER PLAIN MEDIA for no consideration; and VICTOR A. MICHAEL JR. is selling two FM translators in WYOMING to YOUNGERS COLORADO BROADCASTING LLC, with MICHAELS 's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC selling K262BV/CHEYENNE for $4,000 and his LARAMIE MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING, LLC selling K252EA/LARAMIE for the same price.
