Price For Columbus, GA Cluster: $7.2 Million

The previously undisclosed price for ARCHWAY BROADCASTING's sale of Talk WRCG-A, Top 40 WCGQ (107.3 THE Q), Country WKCN (KISSIN 99.3), and Oldies WRLD (BOOMER 95.3)/COLUMBUS, GA to H. LYNN PAGE and JIM MARTIN's PMB BROADCASTING is $7.2 million, according to the paperwork filed with the FCC for the deal. The transaction includes an LMA before closing.
In other deals filed with the FCC, MEADOWS MEDIA, LLC is selling AC KLVF/LAS VEGAS, NM and two boosters in LAS VEGAS and SANTA FE, NM to BACA BROADCASTING, LLC for $600,000. The buyer, owned by JOE and LORETTA BACA, owns Country KFUN-A/LAS VEGAS, NM and has managed KLVF since 2005 under a management agreement; it bought KFUN from MEADOWS MEDIA in 2006. KLVF holds a construction permit to move its community of license to PECOS and its tower closer to SANTA FE.
And FRIENDSHIP COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is transferring the construction permits for FM translators K251BB/MARSHALLTOWN, IA and K265EH/WAVERLY, IA to EXTREME GRACE MEDIA, INC. under an option agreement that covers five translator applications in IOWA.
