KYNO/Fresno Sold To Local Broadcaster

SPANISH CATHOLIC RADIO OF FRESNO, LLC is selling Spanish Religion KYNO-A (RADIO GUADALUPE)/FRESNO to JOHN and KATRINA OSTLUND for $1.6 million. JOHN OSTLUND owns Adult Standards KJWL (K-JEWEL 99.3 FM)/FRESNO; the buyers will take over operations of KYNO in an LMA beginning SEPTEMBER 1.
In other deals filed with the FCC, MATINEE RADIO, LLC is selling the construction permits for KANM/MAGDALENA, NM, KNOS/ALBANY, TX, KTXO/GOLDSMITH, TX, and KKUL-F/GROVETON, TX to DR. ANTONIO FALCON's TANGO RADIO, LLC. for $1.152,666. KANM has applied to move to SKYLINE-GANIPA, NM (near GRANTS), and KKUL has applied to move to TRINITY, TX (between LUFKIN and CONROE, north of HOUSTON).
BKM ENTERPRISES, LLC is assigning the construction permit for a new FM in PERRY, FL to DOCKINS COMMUNICATIONS as part of a divorce settlement in which FRED DOCKINS won the right to acquire the CP from ex-wife SHEILA DOCKINS. The deal's consideration includes waiver by FRED DOCKINS of several claims for reimbursement of certain expenses and fees.
