Imus Ranch CD Set For 9/16 Release

A new CD of country music will raise funds for ABC RADIO NETWORKS syndicated morning host DON IMUS' NEW MEXICO ranch for children with cancer.
"THE IMUS RANCH RECORD" is set for a SEPTEMBER 16th release on NEW WEST RECORDS and features several big-name music acts performing cover versions of songs chosen by IMUS himself. Included on the CD are WILLIE NELSON (singing "What a Difference a Day Makes"), BIG AND RICH ("Fight For Your Right To Party"), LUCINDA WILLIAMS ("Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys"), PATTY LOVELESS and VINCE GILL (duetting on "A Satisfied Mind," LOVELESS solo on "Silver Springs"), DWIGHT YOAKAM ("Give Back the Key To My Heart"), LITTLE RICHARD ("I Ain't Never"), LEVON HELM ("You Better Move On"), JOHN HIATT ("Welfare Music"), RANDY TRAVIS ("I Don't See Me In Your Eyes Anymore"), DELBERT MCCLINTON ("Lay Down Sally"), RAUL MALO ("Life Has Its Little Ups and Downs"), and BEKKA BRAMLETT ("What Happened").
