LSM RADIO PARTNERS, LLC is selling Spanish Hits WWWK (EXITOS 105.5)/ISLAMORADA, FL (in the KEYS) to CARIBBEAN BROADCASTING SYSTEMS, INC. for $2.3 million. The buyer has been operating the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement since JUNE 1st, 2007.

In other deals filed with the FCC, COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is selling the construction permit for noncommercial KYRQ/NATALIA, TX to ST. JUDE BROADCASTING for $50,000 and is selling FM translator K272EK/SAN ANTONIO to the buyer's ALICIA BENAVIDES for $200,000; SOVEREIGN CITY RADIO SERVICES, LLC is donating KJCD/FORT BENTON, MT to MONTANA CHRISTIAN RADIO ASSOCIATION in a transaction valued at $500,000; and WAY-FM MEDIA GROUP, INC is selling FM translator W218BE/UNION CITY, TN to THUNDERBOLT BROADCASTING COMPANY for $12,000.
