Online joke-telling site COMICWONDER.COM will crown the winner of the "Radio's Comic Wonder" contest on SEPTEMBER 18th at the NAB RADIO SHOW in AUSTIN. MCVAY MEDIA and the NAB will co-sponsor the event, which will feature comics MURRAY "THE UNKNOWN COMIC" LANGSTON and VIC DUNLOP, promoting their "DIRTY JOKES: THE MOVIE."
The contest, open to all radio personalities, asks entrants to submit their best joke on video; the winner gets a trip to AUSTIN for the convention and $1,000 cash, as well as a signed and framed paper bag as worn by LANGSTON in his "UNKNOWN COMIC" persona.
“We are giving radio talent the chance to prove that they deserve the mad salaries and fat bennies so common in radio these days," said COMICWONDER.COM CEO KELLY FITZSIMMONS.
Entries are due by SUNDAY (8/31) at radioscomicwonder.com.
