SUSQUEHANNA Alternative WNNX (99X)/ATLANTA pulled its morning show billboard on I-285 billboard after being slapped with a cease-and-desist from KING & SPALDING attorney JOSEPH BANKOFF demanding that 99X "immediately remove" the station billboard due to parody of BRAND ATLANTA's red-and-white ATL logo, which spells out ATLANTA. The 99X billboard substituted "TJL" in the red-and-white logo part for morning show TOUCHER, JIMMY & LESLIE.

In the letter received by GM MARK RENIER, BANKOFF stated,"the advertisement infringes BRAND ATLANTA's prior and exclusive rights ... and has been undertaken without permission or consent of BRAND ATLANTA."
