Darryl Worley Hosts 7th Annual Tennessee River Run

STROUDAVARIOUS RECORDS/NASHVILLE artist DARRYL WORLEY will once again return to his hometown of SAVANNAH, TN to host the 7th Annual TENNESSEE RIVER RUN, benefiting the DARRYL WORLEY CANCER TREATMENT CENTER.
The organization was organized in 2002 to help serve the needs of the people of HARDIN and McNAIRY COUNTIES in West TENNESSEE and the surrounding areas of West TENNESSEE, Northwestern ALABAMA and Northeastern MISSISSIPPI.
Last year's RIVER RUN raised over $125,000, and all of the money raised from each yearly event is going toward building the new $4 million CANCER TREATMENT CENTER.
This year's festivities includes a fishing tournament, talent contest, motorcycle ride, golf tournament, 5K run and a Thursday's (9/11) songwriters' show featuring DARRYL, UNIVERSAL RECORDS SOUTH artist JENNIFER HANSON, WYNN VARBLE and MARK NESLER. A rock concert featuring .38 SPECIAL and FLOORD will be held at 9p (CT) this FRIDAY (9/12) in downtown SAVANNAH.
On SATURDAY (9/13), DARRYL will once again take the stage for a concert with special guests, Country group RESTLESS HEART, WARNER BROS./NASHVILLE's POINT OF GRACE and COLUMBIA NASHVILLE artist KEITH ANDERSON. The show will be held at PICKWICK DAM.
