A House Commerce Committee investigation of the FCC has closed, according to BROADCASTING AND CABLE MAGAZINE.
The committee's Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee launched the investigation in JANUARY following "credible" allegations of mismanagement, but the committee will not be holding a hearing on the results, according to the magazine's source. Instead, the source said, the Commission is more likely to issue a report on its findings.
