  JANUARY 19's SENATE COMMERCE COMMITTEE hearing on broadcast decency is short on radio representatives, with NAB Joint Board Chairman BRUCE REESE of BONNEVILLE and CBS CORP. EVP MARTY FRANKS the only radio-related pnelists. Also scheduled to appear: former MPAA Chairman/CEO JACK VALENTI, ECHOSTAR (DISH NETWORK) Chairman/CEO CHARLIE ERGEN, COMCAST EVP DAVID COHEN, PARENTS TELEVISION COUNCIL President and chief anti-indecency complainer L. BRENT BOZELL, actor and SAG President ALAN ROSENBERG, and AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION Public Policy Office Legislative and Federal Affairs Officer JEFF MCINTYRE.
