ALL ACCESS has learned that WESTWOOD ONE President/CEO THOMAS BEUSSE has left the company after less than a year in place. BEUSSE succeeded PETER KOSANN, coming from TIME4 MEDIA, when he joined WESTWOOD ONE, this past JANUARY 8th.
During BEUSSE's tenure the company's financials have taken a large slide with the stock closing at .19 on FRIDAY (10/17), and it was as high as $2.98 during the last 52 weeks.
On MONDAY, a 9a (ET) conference call is set to take place where it's expected that current CFO ROD SHERWOOD, who joined WW1 just last month (NET NEWS 9/17), will be officially elevated to BEUSSE's post as President/CEO.
Also, look for the annoucement that former JONES MEDIAAMERICA SVP/COO CATHY CSUKAS and former JONES President GARY SHOENFELD will join to head up sales.
More details on MONDAY.
