Two California Deals Filed With FCC

RADIO REPRESENTATIVES, INC. (PEOPLE OF ACTION) is selling silent noncommercial KGDP-F/SANTA MARIA, CA to the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA for $800,000. The station and its AM simulcast went dark on AUGUST 31st.
In other deals filed by the FCC, NEW VISALIA BROADCASTING is selling KSLK/VISALIA, CA to MICHAEL R. KERR's NEW VALLEY BROADCASTING, INC. for $2.5 million, plus an LMA before closing.
And in FM translator deals, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W289AS/OLEAN, NY to JEFF ANDRULONIS' COLONIAL RADIO GROUP, INC. for $15,000; ST. PAUL BIBLE COLLEGE is selling K260BL/PRESCOTT, AZ to PRESCOTT VALLEY BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $90,000; HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling W278AU and W291BG/GREEN BAY and W214BT/APPLETON, WI to WOODWARD COMMUNICATIONS for $125,000; APPLE COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W255BY/POUGHKEEPSIE to BRIDGELIGHT, LLC for $55,000; and KCBR, INC. is selling K259BR/WILLIAMS, AZ to ADVANCE MINISTRIES, INC. d/b/a NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL for $12,000.
