ESPN sportscaster DAVE BARNETT will join the TEXAS RANGERS radio crew for the 2009 season. BARNETT, the former voice of the DALLAS MAVERICKS and SAN ANTONIO SPURS who called RANGERS games on cable TV in 1990, will work alongside ERIC NADEL, replacing VICTOR ROJAS, who recently exited the RANGERS to join the new MLB NETWORK. He will also continue to call football and basketball for ESPN.
RANGERS games are aired on a network headed by CBS RADIO News-Talk KRLD-A/DALLAS.
