EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION buys again, this time picking up silent noncommercial KMRL/BURAS, LA (southeast of NEW ORLEANS) from WHITE DOVE FELLOWSHIP, INC. for $10,000 plus a network affiliation with EMF's Contemporary Christian K-LOVE format before closing. The station has a construction permit to move closer to NEW ORLEANS and increase from a Class A to a Class C3 facility.

In another deal filed with the FCC, EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OF COLORADO SPRINGS, INC. is selling K262AQ/COLORADO SPRINGS to MICHAEL BALDAUF for $100. The translator will continue to rebroadcast the seller's noncommercial Contemporary Christian KTPL (POWER 88)/PUEBLO, CO.
