ENTERCOM Country KKWF (100.7 THE WOLF)/SEATTLE PD SCOTT MAHALICK tells ALL ACCESS about a cool promotion that the station did last week. ATLANTIC RECORDS/BIG PICTURE ENTERTAINMENT group, The ZAC BROWN BAND played a free-show for WOLF listeners, only they had to wear the WOLF brand, somewhere on their clothing.
MAHALICK reported that 100% of the 956 in attendance sported logos. One group of 4, saluted morning personality FITZ by grouping together, each wearing one of the letters F-I-T-Z. The band played an energetic 70-minute set, including a blistering version of, "The Devil Went Down To Georgia"
They had the ZAC BROWN BAND working overtime- the band visited a lucky member of the WOLF-PACK for a SUPER BOWL half-time concert at the listener's house.
