CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO/SAN FRANCISCO and SAN JOSE have partnered with BAJOBS.COM to "Get THE BAY AREA back to work." They've launched a network of customized, full-service job boards dedicated to each of CLEAR CHANNEL’s 10 BAY AREA radio stations’ listeners.
Each job board contains thousands of job openings throughout the greater BAY AREA, spanning all disciplines and categories, along with expert guidance and direct access to hundreds of marquee BAY AREA employers to ensure listeners have all the tools and resources they need to make their job search a success. Each job board can be accessed by going to any BAY AREA CLEAR CHANNEL radio station's website and typing in the keyword "Jobs."
"Everyone working on this initiative is committed to making this project successful and Getting The Bay Area Back to Work," CCR Dir./Integrated Media VAL KLEIN noted: Our goal is to leverage our resources with those of BAJOBS.COM, and make sure all of our listeners receive the guidance and support they need to be successful with their job search. We also recognize that BAY AREA employers are facing budget cuts, but still need an effective way to find and hire the best candidates. This unique partnership provides local companies with a cost efficient hiring solution to ensure they reach and hire all the right people."
"Make no mistake, THE BAY AREA job market is tough, but it's still alive and well, and in a lot better shape than people think," added BAJOBS.COM Founder ANDREW GARDINER. "In fact, there are hundreds of local companies actively hiring and there are still thousands of local job openings that need to be filled ... Getting THE BAY AREA back to work is important, and that's why this partnership is so exciting. By combining forces with CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO, we're able to talk directly to the job seekers and let them know which companies are hiring and for what."
