WNSP-WZEW Cut Back

Cuts In Mobile

DOT COM PLUS, LLC Sports WNSP/MOBILE PD/afternoon host SETH HARP and producer ISAAC VAZQUEZ have exited the station due to budget cuts, reports the MOBILE PRESS-REGISTER. The station will fill afternoons with the regionally-syndicated WJOX/BIRMINGHAM-based PAUL FINEBAUM show. HARP's co-host, crosstown NBC affiliate WPMI-TV (NBC15) sports anchor PAT GREENWOOD, may remain with WNSP as a part-timer.

At sister AAA WZEW, morning co-host TREY MATTHEWS has exited and his co-host EMILY HAYES will produce WNSP's morning show and unspecified on-air duties at WZEW, reports LAGNIAPPE. Afternoon host GENE MURRELL will move into mornings, CATT SIRTEN moves to middays, and LEANN WATERS will handle afternoons.
