CHE-A-CRI BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Classic Hits WDKM (K106 FM)/ADAMS, WI to TIM JAKUBOWSKI and NICK SEGINA's DKS COMMUNICATIONS for $190,000.
In other deals filed with the FCC, Silent KPDO/PESCADERO, CA is being assigned from PESCADERO PUBLIC RADIO SERVICE, INC. to THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA in consideration for UC's attempt to get the station back on the air before its license is canceled. The station went dark on FEBRUARY 17th, 2008.
REAL PRESENCE RADIO is buying Religion KVXR-A (RELEVANT RADIO)/MOORHEAD, MN-FARGO from VOICE OF REASON RADIO for $240,000. The buyer will be taking the station to non-commercial status. KVXR is the station that replaced INGSTAD Sports KVOX-A (THE FAN)/FARGO at 1280 AM when KVOX moved to 740 AM in SEPTEMBER 2007. REAL PRESENCE owns Religion KWTL-A/GRAND FORKS, ND and programs KVXR under a time brokerage agreement.
And PRAISE TEMPLE WAY OF THE CHURCH OF CHRIST, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM in LOOMIS, SD to NETWORK OF GLORY, INC. for $12,000.
