Man Sues Two For Radio Ownership Fraud

A court-appointed guardian for a 70-year old man has filed a lawsuit against CHRISTOPHER DEVINE and BRUCE BUZIL, alleging that they "preyed upon a lonely, frail and elderly man to defraud him of nearly $70 million for their company, SUPERIOR BROADCASTING, which, contrary to their promises, never owned or bought a single radio station."
According to COURTHOUSENEWS.COM, the guardian for C. ROBERT ALLEN III alleges that beginning around 2000, DEVINE and BUZIL funneled Allen's money through Superior to a variety of LLCs they controlled, including LAKESHORE MEDIA LLC, MILLCREEK BROADCASTING LLC, COLLEGE CREEK MEDIA LLC, MARATHON MEDIA GROUP LLC and 3 POINT MEDIA.
